Khthon would like to say a massive THANKS to Alan, Colin and the team for putting on Maidstone's PowerMad festival at the weekend, we had a great time, and saw some awesome bands. Well here we go again folks, Khthon have been invited to play the Metal to the Masses finals to be held at the Red Lion in Gravesend on Saturday 26th July! So keep your diary free and come along to vote DOOOOOOOOM! Get us on the BOA 2012 bill and we'll be rather chuffed.

The band are looking forward to playing PowerMad Festival this coming Saturday [Babylon Live Lounge, Maidsone 5th May]. Simply MASSIVE lineup planned and all for a tenner, bargain! Get there early, we'll be takinig to the stage to bestow doom upon the masses at 5pm.

Khthon joined Trigger To My Mind and Dark Theory (who both provided stiff competition) and Inner Fire who played a storming headline set at Chicago's in Maidstone. Khthon won the heat! We'd like to say a HUGE thanks to everyone who supported the band and we can't wait to see you at the next one, DOOOOOOOM ON!!

October 6th 2011 We are very sad to announce that, due to other commitments, Benjamin will no longer be a member of Khthon. Benjamin was a founder member of the band and, as such, made a massive contribution to our sound. He will be sorely missed and we wish him every success in all his future ventures. However, the doombus must keep rolling and we are proud to welcome Jeff Barber (ex-Eye of Solitude) to the band. To say we’re excited would be an understatement! Keep your eyes peeled for gig and album news soon!
